About

Hello, my name is Michelle Waters and I am passionate about helping people. I use art in my therapy practice because I believe it is healing and helpful. Traditional talk therapy can be really challenging for someone who can’t quite put into words what is going on internally. Art therapy can be a way to express thoughts and feelings in a safe, contained space. It can also be a tool to help us feel calmer and more regulated. If you or someone you know has been struggling with issues around Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I may be able to help. Please reach out today for a free phone consultation to help decide if it’s a right fit for you or your loved one.
